The Wildlife Project is led by husband-wife team, David Stiles and Michelle Evelyn. Dave holds a BSc from UBC and has spent the past 20 years working on wildlife conservation projects in British Columbia, California, and Mexico.  He has worked with a great diversity of wildlife species.  Michelle holds a BSc from UBC and MSc and PhD from Stanford University. She is a Registered Professional Biologist, Research Affiliate with the UBC Biodiversity Research Centre and member of the Western Painted Turtle Recovery Team, BC Bat Action Team, and Western Screech-Owl Working Group. Her work has always focused on balancing the needs of humans and wildlife.
